Who was he in the Incredible Hulk, did anyone actually notice him?

it seems like he was just someone working with the computers. He didn't even say anything, he just ate some pizza...it was pretty pointless.

Banner bribed him with pizza to gain access to the computer. Except all they showed was him eating and smiling. I assume he had scenes cut.

According to the novelization, he's supposed to be Amadeus Cho.
