Gun violence is highest in socialist countries like Venezuela, Hati, the Congo, etc... Gun violence in Puerto Rico is about 30 times higher than the worst US states, despite having the fewest guns, the toughest gun laws, and the least NRA presence.

The liberal response is that Chicago's crime is Indiana's fault, because criminals can just driver over the border to buy guns. I think Puerto Rico is better example for that reason. People who want to make it a state aren't aware that it makes Chicago look like Australia.

You are 180 degree wrong here. That the rest of the USA is so lax in their gun control is why hoodlums have easy access to guns in places like Chicago. What is Liberal about Chicago? Because they consistently have Democrat mayors? I would call that Rational.
