Puertorrican is a nationality not a race and latin people is just a cultural term.

Puertorricans look like Spanish, Greek, German, Irish, Italian, French, etc. because they have European Heritage. and also Puerto Rico is a territory of United States. Latin people is not a race, is more a group of nationalities or countries( Spain, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Cuba, Panama,Argentina, etc.) sharing the same language of Latin Origin, in this case, the Spanish language. In Puerto Rico, like others hispanic countries, as an example, you can see people of all the races from white people with blond hair and blue eyes, as i said because of their European heritage( Spanish, English, Italian, French, German, etc.), people from Asia(China, Japan, etc.), people mix with native american, black people from Africa and even from the Middle East and Jewish.
