Anybody else think he could have been or still is a better choice for Shredder in a TMNT movie besides me?

Actually I was thinking Splinter. Watch Helix, plays a man who misses his daughter pretty well. Has the right voice for it too. Too bad they cast a white midget for the role! But yeah he can pull off Shredder as well. Except Michael Bay made him a white businessman with no scars on his face.
