Why does he always play the BAD GUY?

It almost has me thinking is this truly of his real character. I would like to see different role choices.

I first saw him in Back to Back. It was a minor video hit around here back in the day... he's a good guy there!

He just made a "cameo" appearance as a GOOD COP in The Freeway Killer not too long ago. I must say he looked damn FINE for 55!! He obviously hasn't lived the same kind of Hollywood lifestyle as George Clooney or even William Holden did. The years have been very kind to Michael. ;)

Tombstone too. He started out as a bad guy but ended up as a good guy and rode with Wyatt Earp towards the end. But I know how you feel. I was wondering the same thing...if he's really like his characters in real life. But honestly, he may be a great guy who likes to play those types of roles because they challenge him. I know a lot of actors love to plan villains because its against their true character and gives them a challenge to play.
