Kevin Bacon was previously attached. Article doesn't mention him but he's still listed as being in it on several production websites.

Supposed to film later in the year, as the article states.

Well some news but it joins the ranks of interesting stuff that he is attached to that may never happen and a director that seems meh.

I want to know what's happening next. Or news on Modern Ocean please!

I'm incredibly excited and honoured to have a role in furthering people's awareness of what happened to Yossi Ghinsberg, Kevin Gale and Markus Stamm. Their story is a truly remarkable one that sheds light on both harrowing and hopeful aspects of human nature. Agreed, this is just the kind of thing i like watching! Can't wait to hear who else is in this- maybe Rob Pattinson-wasn't he rumored to have been talking about doing something with Dan? I could handle the two of them! Whoever, this is so cool and different from what he's done before.

Filming starts in April in Queensland. So this is probably the next thing he is doing.
