I suppose it's good that he keeps working but sometimes I wonder if it's even worth it. He doesn't care if the movie is big budget, indie, with well known or first time directors. He fully commits to the role and promotes the *beep* out of it. As someone who never enjoyed his performance in Harry Potter I can say his improvement over the past few years has been admirable. But does he receive the credit he deserves? I know he usually gets pretty good reviews for his performance but the movies he does are usually kind of forgettable. None of them do him any significant favors in terms of breaking out of the one role the general public predominantly still knows him for.
