Outrageous really that he didn't step aside in favour of William last year.

Pure hubris after being left in the shadow for so long by the late Queen (before she died obviously).

Anyway, a shocking waste of public money given that all the festivities from last year will now just have to be repeated.

He should have just stepped aside and allow his non ginger, actual son and his missus (Williams wife not the chain cigarette smoking Camilla) to have been the face of a much scaled down Royal family.

Or indeed, amended the Royal Family to be on a fixed term, one year basis, with every British citizen free to purchase a lottery ticket to take part. The winners staying in Buckingham Palace for the year, with the cameras filming a revenue generating income for the tax payers...

Well, what value has he provided us in the past year for the cost of his coronation, etc...

He should have stepped aside for an honourable retirement as it was all too obvious this would happen.

Same here. I hope Harry has a chance to mend fences and support his dad. Hopefully he and Will will make peace as well. My prayers are with Kate and Fergie as well. Poor Wiiliam, all the pressure he must be facing. I feel for Andrew too, both his sibling and ex wife have cancer.
