shareThe Royals have an un-canny knack of living beyond their nineties. I can't see him relinquishing his title (given that he's waited most of his life for it) So, I reckon we'll have another 20 (or so) more years of his rule?
shareYou need to read more. Elizabeth II is the only British monarch in the last 400+ years to live beyond 90 (or even close to it), and most in that period died younger than Charles was on his Coronation Day.
shareI was referring more to the Windsors as a family unit (Queen mother, Queen, Phillip, etc) than a long line of former monarchs...I'll wager Charles proves me right, anyhow.
I do (in fact) need to read more...but not about the royals
We'll one day know. For my observation, the guy simply looks too unhealthy, depressed, and burned out to last very long.
