It's a weird concept. They are men of god, yet they are willfully (and yes, I am aware of the establishment of the Anglican church itself) preaching upon the concept of a king being on a higher plane / closer to god and such a status being worth celebrating, whilst knowing full well this has no place in the religious texts they supposedly believe in and celebrate as "the truth"...
How do they reconcile this seeming betrayal in their minds? Or do they do so at all? Do they secretly believe the worship of a king to be a fraud but still have strong religious faith? Or do they not really believe in anything at all?
