Is he the little kid in the surf shop that tells Johnny Utah "surfing will change your life. I swear to god"? Looks just like him just as a little boy.

Actually Michael Pitts was too young at the time of Point Break. The actor that was the kid in the surf shop was Christopher Pettiet 1976-2000. He was also in the picture Do not tell mom the babysitter is dead. He plays Christina Applegate's young brother.

That was Christopher Pettiet..he died, look it up. :(
