If you search on google there are a few links related to this and certain rumors about him and another semi known actor the same age. Not saying its true but it goes into detail. Yes he has been engaged for a long time to the same chick but that does not mean people do not do things on the side. Also from other info about him it sounds like he had a history of drug problems as teenage and maybe even still recently.

The only thing I've heard about him being bi was that he had an "intense argument" with Joseph Gordon Levitt at some party. I guess people were wondering if they were lovers. Since I don't know either one of them, anything is possible. But just because you have an "intense argument" with someone that doesn't mean that you've slept with them.
As for the drug problem, I think that is very likely. The reason I think this is because he looks like a drug addict. I've seen photos of him looking strung out, not to mention his wan appearance and poor hygiene.
His problem with substance abuse and anger management, probably contributed to him getting fired from Boardwalk Empire.
I agree having an intense argument means nothing. What I read on the net the story had more to it than that. Not saying its true though its just what I read. Also yeah I would not be at all surprised if he was still doing drugs. If you look a some of the interviews on youtube the guy acts distracted and seems a little high.

It was more than likely mostly bull *beep* since you probably can find bisexual things about most people. Anyway I googled Michael Pitt bisexual and one of the summaries had a message board where it was discussing Michael Pitt and that guy Joseph Gordon Levitt. And one message was saying something about Joseph deciding to want nothing to do with him and Pitt threatening to expose them or something then going into a depression. Btw I think it also said something about him going into a downer after one of his girlfriends he had been engaged to(some Asia Argento I think)broke it off. And also read something about he supposedly had a night with some other male actor who was gay. I would not say I believe or don't believe this stuff you never know. I definitely would say he is not gay because of the different girls he has dated. If you are gay you do not go through that many girlfriends. If I had to guess he might be one of these people that has bisexual tendencies or is at the most bisexual.
