This guy comes from the Gap commercial school of acting: pouting, staring vacantly, unable to express emotion or thought. He is also the most unconvincing tough guy I have ever seen!
He was totally miscast the weak link in an excellent show, hopefully we have seen the end of him - stick to the modeling.

Michael Shannon is a good actor, Steve Buscemi is a good actor - Michael Pitt is a dire actor! He is very good-looking, unfortunately that seems to be enough to get you work these days.

IMO the young man is fine actor, who's talents will surely be missed on BWE.

shareI cant help but think the complete opposite of your opinion, He's a great actor, very strong screen presence etc. But he's really not that good looking..Most likely he gets his roles from word of mouth popularity and on screen likability.
