The gorgeous Ms Pike was born in Hammersmith - interesting. Benedict Cumberbatch and Tom Hardy also come from that part of London. I wonder what's in the water to produce such great actors.

It was also made famous as the setting for The Who's Quadrophenia, it must be a very creative place. Didn't know where it was so I had to Google Map it, it's east of Russian Mafiaville (Chelsea).

I don't think it has anything to do with the water. In fact I'd avoid drinking from the tap if I lived in Hammersmith. It's not exactly the tidiest part of London. It's sort of the English equivalent to Queens/NY.
