He's good but you should see José Ferrer in Lawrence of Arabia or Cyrano de Bergerac. Also check Anthony Quinn in Zorba the Greek or also in Lawrence of Arabia.

Funny, I just watched Laurence of Arabia. Agreed Jose was excellent. If Mike continues to keep it up, I wouldn't doubt he might be considered it soon.

I think it's a little premature to be calling him the "greatest" latino actor to ever live, even now Benicio del Toro is a much more respected actor and has proven himself over and over again to ge a greater actor. I like what Michael Peña did in Crash and even his small role in Million DFollar Baby and I'm looking forward to seeing him in the new Oliver Stone movie, but that's pretty much all of the big roles he has to his credit.

met him last night @ a press release screening i did. great guy and i def think after this role, he could shoot up. he told me he has been doing this for about 10 years now with no college. this man is not only dedicataed but one of the finest actors i've seen period. he is extremely believable in his roles and i wouldnt be surprised if he garnered an oscar for this one. For those of you who haven't yet seen the movie it was great and i urge you to check it out when it comes out august 9.

I agree Michael and a couple other guys are good actors but I have three words for you...Jullian Dulce Vida. This latino actor is the man! I am telling you I heard someone call him the latino Robert Duval. Ha has a movie coming out soon called "Stone & ED". I went to the screening in Westwood and this dude blew me away. Especially afterwards when I spoke to him I didnt even know he was the guy in the film. I was all "Hey what did you think of Jullian" he was real humble and responds "I am him". It was an incredible performance. What is really great was the film is a comedy. I have NEVER seen a latino actor with the comic timing Jullian has. This guy can do anything drama whatever because some of his part was dramatically comedic, Hw reminded me of all the comic greats Redd Foxx, Carroll O'Connor, most notably John Ritter. Jullian did some physical comedy that was very remeniscent of Ritter. He even did something that totally reminded me of Sally Field. He is the third lead in this film and owns the film. Watch out for Jullian Dulce Vida
