Am I the only one who's noticed that Lana is most likely pregnant in real life? They've been hiding her tummy well on the show, and her face shows it as well. I predict a girl. ;)

shareI don't think she was pregnant when the original poster started this thread but since the start of season 6, I've had the sneaking suspicion she may be pregnant now.
It's not that you can see a bump, it's just the odd angle all her shots are from. Very few side on shots. When we do get a side shot, she's usually crossing her arms or carrying something to hide her tummy.
In episode 6x03, I did think I noticed a bulge when she gets out of her car to go see Dr Whale.
I would not be surprised if she was pregnant.
