they are from filming in Dubai
not sure who exactly Cruise is running after or just running with but it could be Nyqvist (or Jeremy Renner, Josh Holloway or Vladimir Mashkov...we can rule out Ving Rhames lol)

I ALSO SAW TOM CRUISE FILMING MI4, BUT IN MY TOWN, PRAGUE. SO PITTY THAT MIKAEL WASN'T THERE.
