Oh wow, I was thinking of the same thing while watching TGWTDT... Larry Hagman definitely.
Don't see any resemblance to Neeson

Towards the end of "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo", I thought he resembled Alan Tudyk.

I just saw Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and couldn't stop thinking he looked like Putin as well...
