Sounds british when he's speaking English

Most Sweads do. You'll notice in the new Dragon Tattoo movie that nearly everyone has a british accent. This is common in most euro countries.

yeah, especially the older generations tend to have (or least try) an british accent because that is what they learned in school. Younger generations tend to lean towards the american accent.

That's because the younger generation learns more from the tv and computer than they do school. We're taught british in school or at least I was when I went to school but it doesn't stick because we're subjected to the american way of speaking alot more. I have two american siblings so I've spent alot of time in the USA and when I'm there people often asks me if I'm from the south somewhere. Maybe that's just me but I think this is true for many swedes my age (26). But I've noticed as well that the same doesn't apply to older people, they pronounce words closer to how we were taught to pronounce them in school.

Daniel Craig was the only one in that movie who had a British accent. Everyone else had pronounced Swedish accents.

He doesn't sound english at all. I'm swedish and I must admit I blushed several times hearing his english in john wick.

Especially when he had to shout.

The "he killed him with a ** pencil!"-line was embarrasing, and others.

It's stupid I guess since I like the actor and I don't mind when other nationalities speak english with an accent, it's just that for a swede it's more embarrassing hearing the swedish accent since you know that that's how I would sound like as well or worse :D

He does a good job though and I hope he'll get to make more hollywood movies.
