So I'm giving you my two cents

I have absolutely no problem that you young ladies find him hot he's about 8 years older than me.
I traveled to the UK a lot about ten years ago and net him for about two minutes. Very like able guy ( FYI I think he's involved with someone named Diana).
He's very good in everything but gets a little embarrassed with compliments.
FYI you're all mentioning his roles. You forgot his part in Lord of the Rings as an Orc. He's on camera when the ghost army stacks in the third movie. Look for him.
Now the real stuff: the hands are a medical condition. Hard to deal with. Hard to fix. They try to minimize it when shooting. And NO he's not the Science Guy who is American. He's done tons of TV. Move to London if you want to see him a lot. He's awesome as Viktor. All those little mannerisms. Brilliant. He's tall. About my height-about 6ft 2.
