I have never heard of this guy or seen any of his movies, but there is a pretty nice looking box set of all his films coming out soon. It's a 10 disc set with 26 films plus special features. Details here:

I must admit I am curious, and maybe a little nervous, to see how MJM movies play to a wider audience. Up until now they've mostly been seen by people who have a pre-existing allegiance/sympathy towards low budget British filmmaking and chances are will have seen the films via YouTube or as the result of tape or dvdr trading. Whereas this box set will widen the net to people who are paying a significant amount of money to watch the films and for whom MJM is an unknown quantity. The mondo digital review is a positive sign, but sites like that and Rock, Shock, Pop do tend to give the critical thumbs up to everything they get sent to review, I think it's when feedback to the box set starts turning up on message boards and YouTube videos that we'll get a more accurate idea of how well these movies have gone down with people.
I picked this up today. Looking forward to exploring it.
