Jonathan Brandis (was on Seaquest DSV, now deceased). Just saw The Mountain last night (searching for James Marsters, of Buffy fame, who will be in two episodes in November --just thought they made a mistake in production dates and didn't want to miss him...so now I will watch until I spot him) and I couldn't put my finger on who Anson Mount looked like. Then it came to me. He looks like Jonathan Brandis--just a little tanner with darker hair. Weird.
shareI guess so- Anson is more muscular though. His character is really intense (in a good way) on teh Mountain... David and Will kinda play good cop/ bad cop....
shareI am so glad that someone else noticed. I was, and still am, a huge fan of Jonathan's. His death was such a tragedy. Too young.But I am so glad to see that Anson is doing so well-I watch the Mountain faithfully now.I too dis my Tennessee roots at times-thank goodness I was born in KY!!!!
shareThere are probably times when everyone doesn't think much of there hometown, but not once has he ever, at least in an interview "dissed" his Tennessee roots.
I have a good friend who's a friend of his family, and even though his mom no longer lives in the area, he still comes back to his roots. Next time, double check your facts before stating something that might not be completely true.
In fact, he reminds me James Caviezel :)
