What type of actor is C-list? Soap opera actors? If Mandy had not done Tangled, she would be on par with C list right now.

Sorry but Mandy is most certainly at C level even with Tangled, it kept her from being on the D list.. Jessica Simpson is B level..

I just started thinking about Mandy today and what she is doing.. I realize Xtina is on the voice, Jessica is on fashion star and Brit will do the x factor.. So Mandy popped into my mind like "Okay what reality show she got coming"???? .. Mandy has always gotten the short end of the stick when it came to Xtina, Brit and Jessica.. sucks because I think Mandy is a good singer and total sweetheart..

Well yeah I wouldn't argue that Mandy isn't C list although I would say she is C+ if the rationale is that soap opera actors are C-. But Jessica Simpson being B list? Are you serious? Just because you are a tabloid obsession does not mean you are considered prestigous in terms of your career. She only became famous because of a reality show and I consider reality show stars to be D listers. If they were famous for anything before that, maybe D+. But only teenyboppers knew who Jessica Simpson was before Newlyweds, that is truth.

Mandy has been in horrible romantic comedies but she still does movies that get released and she was a guest star in the cliffhanger of a critically acclaimed show.

And personally saying that Mandy got the short end of the stick? I don't necessarily agree. Many actors would love to have a movie like Tangled on their resume.

Not only that but many people still like the movie A Walk to Remember. Even though critics slaughtered it, it has resonated with general audiences and has aged well 10 years on.

Britney, Christina and Jessica will always be known for being sexed up pop stars. Jessica will be known as the airhead, Christina the slut and Britney the trainwreck.

D list actors are hardly ever talked about on a daily tabloid basis. Magazines still cover Jessica Simpson for a reason.. I hate to say it but she is still B level... well B- I guess . Jessica giving birth was on the news all day .that day.. If Mandy gave birth.. i'm sure there would be a small blurb in the paper and that's it. Hardly anyone knows she is a married woman and have been so for 2 years.. I can't argue that Jessica only blew up after newlyweds.. But when has Mandy ever had that moment in the sun??? She never truly became a big household name like Jessica, xtina and Brit..

and Tangeld, anyone could have done the voice and the movie still would be big.. people did not go to see Mandy.. I like her to blow up with an album or a movie where she is acting... but lets face it.. she tried and it only got so far.. which is why I feel she got the short end..

She's barely hanging on to B-list status at this point. I don't know if she just has bad taste or what, but she needs to stop doing these truly AWFUL romantic comedies.
