Mind-boggling how this guy still gets work!

momoa is probably the most mediocre actor of all-time ever to be handed starring roles on a golden platter for no reason, over and over.

This phenomenon is quite mind-boggling!

For example, after the abomination that is Conan (2011), in which momoa was absolutely terrible, any other mediocre actor's career would have been dead. Yet Hollywood treats momoa as if that never happened and he's the king of the world.

Even without that abomination under his belt, momoa still doesn't have any of the charisma or talent or screen presence necessary to be a leading man anyway.

What gives? Why does Hollywood give this mediocre actor special treatment?

It's crazy but he was GREAT as Conan.

Before that came out I decided to read the original stories and he acted just like the character. There were actually direct quotes from the books that people made fun of. That's because they know nothing about the character.

The Arnold movies were horrible, but everyone thinks of him as the character.

Neither guy looks like Conan at all though.
