Elizabeth deserves some praise on here.
It's a shame so many mean spirited folks out there bash Elizabeth. She seems so genuine and downright charming in all her interviews. And all the stuff I've read about her say she is really super nice and caring. And I love that she claims to be a geek and that whole "oh golly gee" thing she has going.
It seems like people have a lot of misplaced anger issues related to their hatred of the character Juliet (my favorite btw). I guess all I can say is...at least her acting brought out some passion in you. I feel like actresses that play "cold" characters always get bashed for bad acting, when that's what they are supposed to be acting like (e.g Emily Deschanel on Bones). I just don't get it.
And I've done a lengthy study to determine if she is in fact beautiful. And the result: she is indeed strikingly beautiful. And yes, you have to respect the smirk. I love the smirk. She doesn't have a generic beauty, but she is definitely pretty. And the only thing I've seen that has changed is her nose. Of course, she broke that filming frequency (and I won't fault her for the straighter appearance post-repair). She was just as attractive before.
It's really a crying shame she hasn't won any emmy's or stupid golden globes. Her scenes in Lost are probably the most she's been able to showcase her talent because the writing supported her (maybe ER too). And it's unfortunate that her other roles have been so small because she really deserves star roles. I'm glad she's still around on V, but i feel maybe the writing isn't as awesome as it could be. Can't blame her.
I guess I just wanted to put something nice out there in a sea of disrespectful comments (that seem to always make up imdb's forums).
