Incredible Actress

Her acting in Lost is wonderful. She is definitely the strongest of the female actresses, and right up there with Michael Emerson and Terry O'Quinn. I still can't believe that she didn't get an emmy nomination for "One of Us". And really, she isn't even that great on V. I guess it all depends on the material lol.

I agree. She's awesome... but she's also an actress that needs to be surrounded with equally talented people to really shine. I'm not too fond of her work on 'V' either... probably because I think that A)her heart was still with Lost in the beginning - V really sucked the first half of the season... it got slightly better towards the end there but I still think it's one of big disappointments. And B) apart from Mitchell and Baccarin, V just doesn't have the same calibre actors on it's payroll that Lost had a dozen of. There seems to be no one on that show that she really has great chemistry with.

She was great with Matthew Fox, Evangeline Lilly and Josh Holloway. She was BRILLIANT with Emerson.

But I love her. And she's such an awesome and classy lady, she just kicks ass in every way.

Television actors have really stepped up to the plate the last couple of years and E.M is one of the best I think.

I wanna see a show with:

Elizabeth Mitchell
Michael Emerson
Terry O'Quinn
John Noble
Robert Knepper
Anna Torv

Result: greatest show ever made. Doesn't even matter what it's about... it'll simply own everything else due to the sheer talent and charisma on the screen.
Perhaps Elizabeth Sarnoff and JJ Abrams can consider this list of people for their next project... which is apparently going to be about Alcatraz. Get on it J.J!!!

I don't watch Lost, but I've seen her in numerous roles and I adore her.

I agree completely. I find it unbelievable that she wasn't nominated for "One of Us". It makes no sense. The scene with Elizabeth and Michael Emerson in the kitchen is one of my all time favourite Lost scenes. They work brilliantly together.

YES! The kitchen scene takes my breath away (literally) every time i watch. It always seemed more heartbreaking than the scene where she sees her sister and the julian at the playground. I don't know why. As much as Ben creeps me out, I would watch a scene with her and Michael any day, all day long:D That is my favorite episode for sure though!

I think she's awesome in V. One of the things I love about her character is how tough Erica is, yet still so human. It's a testament to her acting ability how she can be totally cold one minute and warm the next. I've been watching some TV shows with her as a guest role, and she's great at playing characters with depth.
