Nick Park character
Is it me or does he look like a Nick Park(Wallace and Gromit) character? The way his eyes and mouth are...I just keep thinking of the claymation..

shareIt's not just you. I thought the same thing. It might just be you and me though.
shareyes but was he the one on the sky advert?
_____________
A Plane. With Snakes On It. On DVD.
I have been thinking that through the entire season of Extras. I never noticed it in anything else I've seen him in, but it's the first thing that comes to mind when I watch Extras now. It's the voice, eyes, but especially the way he moves his mouth when he talks. He's very Wallace-like. But why? It must be deliberate, right?
I thought he was taller than 6'7". On the show he constantly bends over to get through doorways and such. He looks like a giant!
i didn't notice that at first. and my first reaction to your comment was that you were crazy. but then i thought of an image of him in extras just smiling at his desk and then i saw it. so i agree he does look like a nick park character
shareSpot on I have also thought of this. He has this sort of cartoonish, clay animation, cute, cuddly, slightly gawky fisher price face and tall crab like figure. He is a perfect vehicle for comedy because he looks so funny in much the same way as John Cleese and Tommy Cooper who also had funny faces and awkward shapes.
Well observed, perceptive one.
I have to jump in as well. It was the first thing I noticed about him in Extras. It's the "bright-eyed" way he looks at Andy and the almost stiff upper lip that really gives the him the look. I never noticed it when I was watching the extra material/interviews of The Office.
