sharehey. good to know.for every nutter, there is a punter.i recently broke up with a long term partner. and damn, if i'm not on the rebound. all there is in sydney are guys i will have pity relationships with.not good..dj's and nerds.too, too over it. i think it is the enthusiasm and potentially, a thinly veiled self-depricating streak that attracts me so to mr merchant. i dreamt i bought a ticket into a dreamscape where the fool was making time with my friends. argghhhh. sorry. i shouldn't have access to internet.
sharei too have a bit of a thing for mr merchant and am not sure why,apart from the fact that i think he's utterly gorgeous (yes,i'm aware that's not a commonly held view) and very,very funny.
my friend's band did a live session at xfm recently and managed to snag me a stephen merchant/ricky gervais poster,i am exceptionally happy.

erm,i have it on vhs,it's pretty old.
i do,however have a friend who is slightly more technologically adept than me who is going to show me how to convert it into a computer friendly file.

Why would you not want to have a crush on him? He's beautiful, for one, and in a genuine way, not in that manufactured sort of Orlando Bloom way, and he's--in the most blunt terms--a comic genius. Or at least he is a major part of a TV show that was pure genius. Personally, of all the celebrity crushes I've had, I'd have to say I'm actually quite proud of this one. He's deserving of a following of people throwing themselves at him.
