Could Rufus Sewell substitute for Ian McShane?

I’ve been watching the Diplomat and I keep thinking that McShane and Sewell are large the same type — they look alike and even kind of sound alike.

They were both in Hercules (2014) and The Pillars of the Earth (2010). Must have been confusing for some people.

I suppose they both have green eyes and an afro, but is that enough? I’m guessing Sewell is a decade or so younger?
