Fine actress
Lesley Manville is always a delight to watch on screen, an actress of considerable range. It is a long way from her heartbreaking and pathetic Mary in Another Year to her cold and calculating Cyril in Phantom Thread, but she is magnificent in both roles.
Has anyone seen her recent film Ordinary Love with Liam Neeson? Unfortunately it seems unlikely to get a release in my part of the world and it looks like a fine showcase for these two actors.
