Honestly, in terms of pure acting. I thought she was by far the best of any of the girls in Superbad. I don't think she is super hot, but she really can act. And that is what counts most in my opinion. I'd rather watch an average looking woman who can act, rather than a hot one who can't act in most cases.
It may be more her choice that she isn't getting tons of roles. She may be focusing her energy on something else we are not aware of.

It's weird because when Superbad first came out, I thought she blew Emma Stone out of the water. Emma was good, but Martha was hilarious. If you had asked me then who would become Hollywood's new comedy actress out of the two, I would have put my money on Martha.
