Profile photo reminds me of Angie Harmon. Had to check imdb to see if this was her mother.

Edit: She is not. Ali has only one child, Josh Evans.

Yes, I do see a resemblance. No relation as far as I know.

You are correct. I should have included my findings from imdb as part of my post. I have edited my post accordingly.

This is one of the rare instances where I will agree the two have a strong resemblance.
Pretty sure we would have known if McGraw was Harmon's mother, though.
