I think Kelly is a beautiful and talented woman, but, I don't think she would have made a good Trinity.

If by "I don't think she would have made a good Trinity" you mean that Kelly would have brought emotive expression and more acting ability than Keanu, then you are correct.

Trinity and Neo were two of the worst wooden performances I've ever seen. They posed and talked in mono-expression.

The movie was still good, but that was despite the acting.
