She's becoming more 'Latina' every day. I wonder if she even spoke a word of Spanish while growing up in Texas as few 2nd and hardly any 3rd generation Mexican-Americans speak Spanish. Here in L.A., our Latino mayor spoke little to no Spanish when elected but felt a need to learn the language. The guy can't pass the bar exam after multiple attempts but at least he will be able to speak the language of 'his people'.
