STORM SHADOW

Storm Shadow is my favorite character in G.I. JOE
Have a great time playing the character. COBRA !!!

P.S. What style of Martial Arts Byung-hun Lee did you study ?

i don't know why you're playing a japanese guy, but hey, you're in hollywood now baby! i guess the producers saw 'a bittersweet life' and really wanted an asian guy who kicked @$$. yeah! beat ray park's @$$!

In the original 'G.I Joe', Storm Shadow was a japanese ninja, but after Lee Byung Hun got cast, he pursuaded the producers of 'G.I Joe'to change the character into a Korean warrior. Anyways, I don't care even if he does play a ninja. I'm just so happy that my fellow Korean has made it to the big leagues!!!!!!!!

I have a friend who is Korean and he can speak Japanese, I think they cast Byung-hun Lee because he can speak Japanese maybe? He can pass playing as Storm Shadow which is a Japanese Ninja in the G.I. Joe universe.
Like James Kyson Lee on "Heroes" he's Korean, but he speaks Japanese pretty fluently in the show.

Byung-hun Lee is PERFECT for Storm Shadow IMO,hes playing my fave GI JOE character-I just hope they do a sequel where he joins the Joe team!

I know this is late, but the script describes Storm Shadow as "A well tailored Korean man."

I rather not see Storm Shadow join the GI Joe team. I rather see him be a free agent who is neither Cobra or GI Joe but pursuing his own agenda. I think the character works best when he's pursuing his own agenda while maintaining his own code of honor.
