How is he? Is he good, but not better than Rob Patrick?

Robert Patrick made the role very iconic and will still be remembered as one of the best villains in film history.
However Byung-Hun Lee's no tired old copycat. He's pretty good I'd say.

He was good but he did not have enough screen time IMO

That was my one complaint about his T-1000.
