Backlash over her gang sign during half time performance

Okay, maybe not a gang sign.

Beyoncé's Netflix’s NFL Christmas Gameday half time show has received a divided response on social media after she pulled a banned gesture.

As the word “Bang” was unfurled behind her as she wore a cowboy outfit and sang Texas Hold'Em, she made a gesture using her thumb, index or middle finger to mimic a handgun.

And it didn't take long for people to flood to social media to bitch about it. 🙄

Why not? People get excoriated for making the "ok" sign with their fingers and having it interpreted as a white power sign. If those are going to be the rules then let 'er rip on Beyonce. For the promotion of gang violence, she should lose all her endorsement deals and every concert venue should cancel her permanently.
