i think so. thankfully.

The ones based around scientific stupidity are (magic bullet, location of shooter, etc).

But there'll always be questions about the shooter himself and whether or not it was Oswald.

reply

Nagging suspicions about the assassinations of JFK and Lincoln will never completely die down. Both Oswald and Booth were killed before they could see their day in court, so unfortunately the conspiracy theories will linger. In the case of Lincoln, we know for a fact it was a conspiracy, the only question is if Booth and his crew were acting on their own initiative or on the orders from someone much higher up, like CSA President Jefferson Davis, Secretary of War Edwin Stanton, or perhaps Vice President Andrew Johnson.

reply

Stanton was a loyal public servant.

I don't buy the theory, but I'm acknowledging it exists. I could perhaps see Johnson covering up high level involvement by Jefferson Davis to avoid problems between North and South after the war if it were found out. Although even that has never been substantiated.
