Pathmark Man
I remember when he used to do the supermarket commercials. Made everyone want to go to Pathmark. Now the whole chain is defunct.
shareJust remembered: first time I saw him in Poltergeist my dad said something like "I wonder when he's going to go to Pathmark" and we all lost it right there in the theater.
shareI had no idea until a few years ago that he was known as the face for this supermarket chain. I also had no idea he in his 90s. I just recently found out he passed away. He was great in Return of the Living Dead, Poltergeist, Invaders From Mars, etc. R.I.P. James Karen.
