shareI think she is beautiful. Not in a Angelina Jolie or sexy Selma Hayek sort of way with striking features. She has a soft, pleasant, natural, wholesome, beauty, with a little bit of exotic from her mixed background.

shareI like her, although I don't find her "beautiful", she's normal-looking. She's charming and seems nice.
However I do think they overestimate her beauty in shows sometimes, and it puzzles me. The other characters on Parks & Recreation talking about how beautiful she is, Michael in The Office talking about her body... I don't think she's less worthy of fame or anything, just that they should have chosen a different actress if it was meant to be a "hottie".
