The joke at the end there is that "wireless" is an old name for radio, a lot of people from his time called it that and some old people still do, but she was of course meaning wireless internet.

Those,were the exact words spoken by actors Chris Evans as Steve Rogers / Captain America and Ashley Johnson as Peggy Carter or her descendant in the future. I think Ashley Johnson plays Peggy Carter the replacement actress that Hayley Atwell played, in Captain America:The First Avenger.
