No it's not true. Emily Blunt was casted and hired to play Black Widow in Iron Man 2 and all the other movies that Black Widow would be in. But Emily Blunt had to drop out due to that fact she was shooting another movie and couldn't be on the set to shoot her parts for Iron Man 2.
So when Emily Blunt dropped out. Scarlett was the last minute fill in.
I would gladly be Ms. Johansson's reminder for just one kiss!
