OMG! Treme has not been listed on HBO on demand or even on HBO in atleast 1 month . Has the show been cancelled?

Holland is located in western Europe not eastern Europe.

He looks half Persian... I have a friend who's half white (Dutch) and Iranian and he looks freakishly like Michiel.
