Face lift or botox? GoT S4 nip n tucked

If you can notice the differences of her face from Season 4 and her previous work on the show. She has had some minor work done, and I think she looks great. Not that she needed it, she's smoking hot.

on the red carpet pics you can see she has had no work done.
