shareLOL at that photo. The angle/perspective of that picture is very odd, even Bill doesn't look normal-sized. The legs seem disproportionately small on both of them.
Strangely enough, I've never noticed him until recently as being THAT short. Maybe I'm just being unobservant, or maybe it's just the way that he's filmed in movies (proportionate to his height, I suppose), but when I see photos of Tom in real life I'm amazed at how small he looks.
