Great actor...But wrong for Superman

Agreed. Superman is meant to be imposing and Tyler is simply not that. I know that the picture online is publicity shot, but he looks terrible. I'm sure he has the acting ability, but he doesn't have the look or physicality of Superman. I'm sure I'll get tons of hate for it, but I truly believe that he is horribly miscast.

We'll have to watch the show to be sure. I found him physically imposing as Derek in Teen Wolf, so I think he'll be able to pull it off. He'll have an easy time as Clark, too, since that seems closer to Tyler's own personality.

My God, he looks too young or as young as Melissa Benoist while Superman is supposed to be considerably older in this show!!

Lets see how they address that on the show. Kryptonians are not suppose to age the same as humans.

6 feet is too short???

Compared to some of the actors he does not look that tall,hes barley taller than Melissa Benoist. Anyway acting wise he was good,but he just does not have the Sups look.
