I know Simon plays a character named Jeff in the episode "Meat the Veals" but I can't remember seeing him in that episode. Does anyone remember where and when he was in this episode?

He plays the guy that trys to get a date with Maeby by buying Nicole Kidman's nose prop from The Others at the auction, and is the first one that walks in on her in the office.
shareWrong episode dude. The guy you're referring to was Jamie Kennedy (playing himself), Simon Helberg only appeared in the one episode (Jeff, wasn't it?) in the scene the OP described.
