Is he the son of Sandy Helberg?

Seems more than just a coincidence to me. Although imdb normally links these pages when someone is related to someone else on imdb.
Anyway, Sandy's Page is: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0374864/

I remember him mostly as Dr. Schlotkin in Spaceballs.

So, is Simon his son? In Sandy's trivia it states that he has two sons. Simon and Mason. Coincidence?

I remember him from the Animal House wannabe Up the Creek and an episode of M*A*S*H*. They do look a lot alike, good catch.
