SO DAMN HAPPY FOR HIM! He deserved his nomination in the supporting actor category. I had just watched Florence Foster Jenkins the night before and his role as Cosme was and is brilliant.

I came over here intending to post about Simon's well-deserved nomination, but you beat me to it, Azanr966...thanks for saving me the trouble. 

Oh, and while I'm here--hooray! WTG, Simon! I hope you win!!!

Dr. Franklin, what sort of government have you given us? A republic, if you can keep it.

Happy for him; he was the main reason why I watched this movie. I like him in "The Big Bang Theory", so, I thought it would be interesting to see him play another character, and it was a big change for him.

I'm super disappointed he was not nominated for an Oscar. Meryl Streep yet again.

He had my full attention in every scene. Amazing pianist too!
