Do you think she was covered up? It couldn't have been a body double the whole time because you could see her face. That was A LOT of people to be naked in front of.
shareShe did the walk dressed and that's how they filmed the close ups. The close ups are 100% Lena. They used a body double for the long shots and then use cgi to merge both performances, so as to give the impression she was naked.

To be honest her using a body double lessen the impact of the movie knowing it is phony.
She's done other nude work so it isn't because of the titillation factor but rather her not doing an honest acting job. The shame and almost terror factor loses any real sense of the scene.
